Same here. Although I'm not quite in shape. I'm trying to get there though. Yukkie pisses me off though because he says he eats all of this sugary crap and the most he gets is a toothache. Damn him!

They seem eat much healthier and balanced meals over there though so I guess that's why they're all so thin. I'm not the biggest fan of Japanese cuisine otherwise I'd eat it all the time.

I actually was able to get in to very good shape a couple of years ago eating mostly rice, green tea, chicken, and doing Tae Kwon Do twice a week. We had a lot of Asian restaurants where I lived (Heidelberg, Germany), so I ate out at those a lot. Went from 130lbs to 120lbs.
During soccer season last year I was at 115lbs, but I ate unhealthy too. Our coach makes us exercise like crazy and then ... takes us to McDonalds >__>
Then I went back to 125 when soccer ended and my eating habits stayed bad.
I've started eating healthy and exercising about two to three hours a day. n_n I've kept it up for two weeks and am back to 120 (lost five pounds XD)
Goal weight is 105, which is healthy for my height. XD
Nothing else to do with my free-time but exercise, until school starts and I get a job ~__~

I think the second one in Mel's first post is a decent one. He's not posing or anything and still looks good... not that he has to pose to look good or anything.
