Beautiful manwha by artist Ko Ya Seong and published in America by Tokyopop (ew), there are currently only two issues of UtGM for sale.
But they are amazing.
Witches, wizards, awesome gothic and lolita clothing designs... @_@ I love this manga. So. Much. Hahaha.
It's just unexplanatory. You have to read it. @_@
-Madame Batolli is modelled after Mana (though the artist has said she is modelled after herself ^^). She at one point in the manga wears his Blue Lily costume. X3
-Luel, an alchemist.
